• Pre-sale preparation;
• Delivery of equipment;
• Provision of the consumer with any required spare parts;
• Service maintenance during the warranty and post-warranty period;
• Equipment repair and recovery;
• Repair work performance both at the sites of dealer centers and on the Customer’s area;
• Inspections of sold equipment within the warranty period;
• Modernization of delivered equipment;
• Conducting of training and technical consulting.

Training

To ensure the more efficient operation of sophisticated equipment, the Company provides training services for maintenance personnel.

Training can be conducted both at the production base of SPC Transport LLC and on the Customer’s area.
