The Berkut TTM-1901PSM ski-tracked snowmobile with a two-seater heated cabin is a ground transport complex used during man-made and natural emergencies. It is designed to carry a combat crew to a site of disaster, reconnaissance activities to identify the extent of damage and to fix dangerous areas, to remove the injured from a scene of emergency, to maintain radio communications with the headquarters and to alert the population.

Snowmobiles TTM provide comfortable conditions of the passenger car level, the high stability in off-roading and cross-country capability on virgin snow without limiting the snow cover height.
