Tracked snow and swamp-going vehicle TTM-5908 is designed for evacuating the population and material assets, the delivery of means of emergency rescue and fire-fighting equipment as well as the carriage of rescuers to emergency areas exposed to catastrophic flood and high water as well as to ensure fire extinguishing and pumping of vast bodies of water from flooded areas and facilities. This snow and swamp-going vehicle TTM-5908  is designed for operation (with outside storage) in off-road terrain, including virgin snow, loose sands and all types of swamps with overcoming water obstacles afloat; the use of a water jet propeller is allowed. This snow and swamp-going vehicle TTM-5908  is manufactured in climatic version U1 according to GOST 15150 for operation at ambient temperatures ranging from minus 45°С to plus 40°С in areas located at an altitude of up to 3000 m above sea level, with a relevant change in traction and dynamic features.
